| WETICO Opens North Africa Office |

WETICO / Saudi Berkefeld, a leading international water and wastewater treatment company based in Saudi Arabia, has announced that it has established a presence in North Africa.
WETICO North Africa has officially opened for business and will act as the company's base for its North Africa operations. The decision to establish the North Africa office came as a result of the high demand for WETICO's products and services in the region says Mr. Samer Mazloum, Business Development Manager for the company.
Our Algeria based office will provide the wide range of products and services to the company's North Africa based clients. These products include:
1) Wastewater Treatment Plants and Equipment.
2) Desalination Plants and Equipment.
3) Water Treatment Plants and Equipment.
4) Specialty and Commodity Chemicals.
WETCIO will be importing all its equipment and plants for it North Africa operation from its Riyadh, K.S.A. based manufacturing facility. The new manufacturing facility where the new line of wastewater treatment equipment will be manufactured occupies 15,000 m2 of land. The manufacturing facility will open in June 2006.
