WETICO, the MENA region’s most prominent and fastest growing desalination, water and wastewater EPC contractor was shortlisted as a contender for the prestigious Global Water Awards.
Nominated for the Membrane Desalination Plant of the Year category for its unique barge mounted seawater desalination plant, WETICO has again proven its role as a major player in the global desalination market. The 52,000 m3/d barge desalination project was designed, assembled, installed and commissioned by WETICO in a remarkable 10 month period. The plant has been producing water since the mid of 2007.
